Launched to align with Black Friday—the most intense and challenging shopping day of the year—Zipline’s campaign highlights the company’s dedication to enhancing the welfare of store employees and acknowledging their crucial contribution to the retail industry’s success.
Positioned in Times Square, Zipline aims to highlight this long-standing issue, urging retailers to reconsider their support for store staff and ensure they possess the necessary resources and guidance to thrive.
This initiative marks a significant milestone, coinciding with Zipline’s tenth anniversary. Since its inception, the company has transformed retail operations, enabling store teams to reach execution rates above 90%. Currently, Zipline’s system is utilized by over 130 international retail chains—including notable names like Sephora, American Eagle, and Warby Parker—to streamline the flow of communication from headquarters to stores, facilitating task management and enhancing staff engagement.
Retailers are invited to continue discussions on empowering store teams at the National Retail Federation’s 2025 Big Show in January in New York City. Zipline specialists and representatives from client companies such as Five Below, Warby Parker, and PACSUN will be available at booth #5157 to provide insights into how the platform is revolutionizing retail operations and boosting employee morale.
