As each course is presented, guests are treated to cinematic glimpses of the farmers, artisans, and fishermen who play a vital role in shaping the ingredients on their plates. This unique blend of storytelling and gastronomy highlights sustainability and celebrates the artistry of food production.
Set against Utah’s tranquil winter backdrop, The Lodge at Blue Sky will transform its dining space into a haven of natural elegance. Drawing from the surrounding wilderness, the ambiance will feature locally sourced materials, handcrafted Japanese dishware, and curated floral arrangements. This seamless integration of design and environment elevates the experience, blending cinematic visuals with culinary artistry.
Katina Connaughton will guide guests through the stunning Wasatch Mountain Range for a foraging and floral design experience. Beginning with a serene winter hike, participants will uncover local flora while learning Katina’s sustainable foraging techniques and farming practices.
The journey culminates with a seasonal tea service created by the SingleThread culinary team and a hands-on floral design session. Using gathered materials, guests will craft bespoke arrangements in artisan vases to take home. This intimate experience, limited to eight guests, is priced at $450++ per person.
Adventure enthusiasts can join Chef Kyle for an unforgettable heli-skiing excursion. Departing from the resort’s high-alpine yurt, guests will soar over the Wasatch Mountain Range, guided by experts to carve through pristine, untouched powder.
After an exhilarating day on the slopes, the experience concludes at the Speyside Yurt with an indulgent après-ski spread featuring light bites, whiskey flights, and craft cocktails by The Macallan. Limited to six guests, this exclusive adventure is priced at $5,000++ per person.
